About this role:

The Global Sales Strategy and Operations Team ensures that JET’s Global Sales Organisation runs effectively and is set up for success. In this everchanging and rapid environment, we are instrumental in setting the sales strategy and driving flawless execution, defining the way thousands of sellers are selling across all markets globally!

As an incentive Operations Specialist you will report into the Manager - Global Sales Incentives. You will partner across the organization with Leadership, Sales Operations, HR, Finance, to ensure accurate processing of incentive compensation for sales teams.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Own the execution of administration for sales incentives for all sales FTEs.
  • Resolve incentive queries/disputes from sales stakeholders within agreed timelines.
  • Provide input to the development of the Sales Incentive toolings, data infrastructure and process management;
  • Contribute to the continuous process optimization and infrastructure building across all 19 countries;
  • Own parts of the ongoing optimisation and process improvement for the Sales Incentives Globally;
  • Partner cross functionally with HR, Finance and BI, among others, to make sure there is an accurate payout across all markets;
  • Provide proposals, reporting and support to enable informed decision making on the future of incentive programs.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Finance or Advisory role;
  • Experience with Sales Incentives, effectiveness, performance or compensation programs is a big plus;
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations as well as managing large data sets;
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands, as well as, sense of urgency;
  • High energy, autonomy and resilience with a “Get it done” attitude;
  • Advanced level of Excel and attention to detail;
  • Experience with Databases, SQL and BI tools (e.g. Tableau);
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement;
  • Experience with incentive tools like Xactly would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Data hungry mindset.
