Event description
Today’s working environment demands ever-higher performance from everyone. One way to cope efficiently with all those demands is to manage your energy. This workshop will therefore focus on ‘Managing your Energy’ and is based on the McKinsey Centered Leadership model.
What to expect
During this workshop you will get some keys to manage and balance your energy. This is a critical skill to face all we need to do in a day. The objective is to help women manage work-life demands and help to identify what boosts your energy, and to develop strategies to balance your energy. After the workshop, there is time to network with each other.
The event will take place in Brussels. For Dutch participants, we will organize transport to Brussels.
Who can apply?
We welcome you to apply if:
- You have between 2 – 8 years of work experience
- You self-identify as a woman
- For candidates interested in Brussels, either a fluency in Dutch or French is required
- For candidates interested in Amsterdam, a fluency in Dutch is required
