We are looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator to support the ELM EMEA marketing team in London at one of the most exciting times of the year. The successful candidate will support the marketing team with our biggest campaign of the year ‘’Back to University’’ (BTU) and will be assigned projects of their own that support the wider campaign. Key activities would include working closely with the marketing executive for student campaigns, helping with the planning of and co-ordinating of in – person and any virtual events for this strategic campaign, working with third parties for promotional opportunities- such as social media influencers and liaising with designers and suppliers. In addition, you will help the marketing executive with the creation of content for social media and the wider BTU campaign and use third party platforms to create games and other engaging activities to help reach objectives. You will also be expected to track campaign progress and produce updates for the marketing team. If you are passionate about healthcare, marketing and education, and are driven to deliver outcomes which will benefit students and educators then this role is for you. You will begin the role with a mentor from the marketing team and shadow them and others on the Back to University campaign and work with marketing, content, product and sales teams amongst others. You will learn the ropes of being a Marketing Co-ordinator in a customer - focused, exciting, agile friendly and nurturing environment. Ultimately, you will also gain excellent project management experience in this fast-paced organisation. Responsibilities Shadow the Marketing Executive for students and help them deliver on their part of the BTU campaign. Contact third party organisations and influencers to investigate marketing opportunities. Liaise with and manage distribution of materials both virtually and physically for on – campus events at UK and Northern European medical & nursing schools. Work with the Marketing Executive to book, plan and co-ordinate all aspects of event attendance Work with the marketing executive and third parties (influencers, authors, students) to create engaging content for the BTU campaign. Help with the set-up of any virtual events. Update marketing planner; track activities and budget Work with designers and suppliers Regularly report on progress to Marketing Executive and the wider team Requirements A real passion for marketing An interest in education and health Ability to get on with all kinds of people and work in a matrix environment. Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills To be results oriented and a good team player.
